International Shipping

How much does international shipping cost?

NEW ZEALAND ($10 for orders under $99 and FREE DELIVERY for orders over $99)

$30 Flat rate shipping worldwide. All orders will be shipped Express Courier International.

We ship to most countries worldwide.

We only accept PAYPAL for orders outside of Australia/New Zealand.

NOTE: any customs or import duties are payable by buyer. We recommend you contact your countries customs department.

Shipments outside Australia may be subject to tariffs, duties, value added tax (VAT), etc.
These fees are responsibility of the buyer.
These fees are not included in shipping charges.
These fees are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark items as “gifts”

How long does delivery take?

Below is an estimate of international delivery times;

NZ  –  2 to 5 working days
ASIA – 2 to 6 working days
USA  – 3 to 7 working days
UK   – 4 to 8 working days
EURO – 4 to 8 working days

We always aim to dispatch your order on the same or next business day (within 24 hours) after your purchase. For international deliveries please allow time for any customs processing. Surfland is not responsible for any customs /tax charges or duties payable and will not be held responsible.

*Note: these times are estimates and are out of our control once we have dispatched the order. We aim to dispatch all orders same day or next closest working day.

Is insurance and tracking included with my international delivery?

Yes, for your peace of mind your order comes with complimentary tracking and insurance, you will be emailed a tracking number when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

What if I am not home attempt international delivery?

If you are not home to collect your order a card for pickup will be left in your letterbox.

It has been 10 working days and my international order has not arrived?

You can either check the tracking with your tracking number or contact us at info@surfland.com.au and we will promptly investigate where your order is and get back to you.
