The Spice range was designed and developed in Portugal by shaper Luis “Lacrau” and Ollie O’Reilly. We tested the Spice in a range of conditions at various beaches in Portugal,
showcasing the shapes versatility to handle different wave types. Thanks to all the riders involved in the testing including: Franz Orsi, Trevor Tunnington, Benoit Carpentier, Daniel Hasulyo, Leonard Nika and Nuno Fradique.

8’2” x 30.75”:
Ideal for riders between 80-95 kg. The 8’2” was Trevor Tunnington’s favourite model during the development in Portugal. This size is easy to paddle yet reacts on a dime from the thin bevelled rails.
Fast, stable and on point, the performance defies its size.

8’8” x 32”:
At 135L, the 8’8” is sure to be a favourite among riders that want to save energy and maximise surf time. Long enough to get you into waves, yet compact for you to whip around and fit into
sections without your nose catching through turns. Incredibly generous in stability from the 32” width. Expected to be a highly popular size for most riders around 95-115 kg.

9’3” x 32.75”:
The 9’3” is the biggest in the range at 145L, designed to be the most stable option for heavier riders between 100-130 kg. The length glides easily when catching waves and gives you good
speed to quickly paddle back out to catch another ride. At 32.75” wide, the board has plenty of stability to accommodate heavy paddlers or if you just want an ultra-stable ride.

FEATURES:
Full Nose Outline – Provides stability and extends the rail line for faster speeds.
Parallel Mid-Section – Helps engage the rail for good speed Spice down the line.
Pointed Nose Tip – Pierces through waves and reduces swing weight through turns.
Thin Tapered Rail Profile Nose – Helps reduce swing weight from the nose to enhance manoeuvrability and speed through turns.
Slight Domed Deck – Helps keep rails fine and gives enough float in the centre buoyancy of the board.

Bevelled Rail Offers 3 distinct features:
1. The bevel rail creates a narrower planning area, helping to generate more speed and acceleration down the line.
2. The angle of the bevel helps you roll the rail effortlessly, making the board very responsive to pump on the wave face and sink through carving turns.
3. The bevel creates a thinner more pinched rail so you don’t have to apply as much foot pressure to initiate turns.

TIMELESS LOOK, SOLID PERFORMANCE
Twin T-stringers made from glass fibre are positioned on the deck and bottom of the board close to the rail, providing a massive increase in the overall strength against total breakage in surf.
An additional wide layer of 200g glass wraps the rails for higher strength against paddle impact and further reinforces the overall strength against buckling.
The deck features reinforced biaxial glass and Australian pine, to resist heel dents and impact from the standing area.
The nose and tail are wrapped in multiple layers of glass fibre for further strength on these impact zones.
