At Surfland WA it is our commitment in selling the best gear with as much information as possible, helping you to make an informed buying decision. Should you have any reason for seeking a Refund, Repair or Replacement on any of our products, please read below to work out the best course of action.
Whoops, I simply got it wrong and would like a Refund
Thank you very much for making the decision to purchase one of our products and sorry to hear that you have changed your mind. We would like to keep your custom and see if we can provide a solution to make you happy with one of our products.
Firstly, please make contact with Surfland WA Pty Ltd to discuss your options within 14 days of delivery (info@surfland.com.au) or (08) 9245 1845
This is how you can help us for the best result
- Provide some proof of purchase, this should match our records
- Product/s to be unused and preferably in original packaging
- You changed your mind so it’s only fair that you pay the return freight cost
- We can assist in arranging the return freight if required
- Refunds can be offered by way of shopping again, store credit or refund via original method of payment. Let’s discuss and work out what’s best here
- If we agree on a Refund of payment
- Amount is for the original product price only, less any freight costs
- Refund is by way of original payment method only (Card for Card)
- Refund will be made once return item has been received and assuming no damage has occurred during the return trip home, if so we need to have a little chat
- If we are all happy, payment will be made within 2 working days but may take a few days to clear depending on payment method
FYI: Under Australian Consumer Law we are not required to supply a refund for
- Changing your mind
- Ordering the wrong product
- Finding the product cheaper elsewhere
- Incorrect sizing or fit

Just so we can process this for you quickly please follow the below guidelines
Firstly, please make contact with Surfland WA Pty Ltd so we can best ascertain the nature and severity of the problem (info@surfland.com.au) or (08) 9245 1845
- Provide some proof of purchase, this should match our records
- Send us clear and accurate information regarding the nature of the problem, photos and brief description would be ideal
In the case of a Minor Fault or Defect
- If it is a simple fix by way of an easy repair or replacement of a minor part we will authorise this ASAP
- All costs for local repair or freight of parts will be covered subject to any further information regarding fault or defect
In the case of a Major Fault or Defect
- We will either supply a full replacement or refund upon inspection
- All freight costs will be covered on the understanding that if a fault is not detected upon return, payment will be required
- Quote for cost of return / inspection will be made before returning so you can make an informed decision
- We can arrange collection if required or smaller items can be sent via post
- Products need not be returned in original packaging but reasonable care must be taken when packaging for return
- If we agree on replacement we will ship this out ASAP
- If we agree on a Refund of payment
- Amount is for the full price paid, including freight costs
- Refund is by way of original payment method only (Card for Card)
- Refund will be made once return item has been received
- If we are all happy, payment will be made within 2 working days but may take a few days to clear depending on payment method
