At Surfland Pty Ltd we aim to make purchasing from our E-store as easy as possible, below are our guidelines for freight coming from our Warehouse in Western Australia.

Freight will be calculated based on the purchase price, destination by postcode and the type of service you would like. Prices quoted are based on our standard service, any options outside of this service will be quoted and charged additionally.

Can I pick my order up in-store?

Yes please select “In-store pickup” during checkout. We will have your order ready for collection ASAP.

Freight charges:

All orders

  • Select Flat Rate freight cost for orders delivered to Metro postcodes only (ACT, NSW, QLD, VIC, SA)
  • Freight Quote required to all other regions including TAS, NT, FNQ & Regional WA (Contact Surfland for Quote)
  • This will include any additional charges for Dangerous Goods

Express Service (if available)

  • Please contact Surfland for Quote on Express Service to all postcodes


  • Door to Door service B2C
  • Depending on location, deliveries should take between 4 – 10 business days baring any external factors or issues
  • During Business hours of 9 – 5 Monday to Friday
  • Authorisation to leave option
    • You accept liability for lost or stolen consignments
  • If no ATL is given and nobody is home for collection, then a re-delivery fee may be charged
  • Tracking info will be forwarded once order has been collected
